According to the analysis report from Zhejiang University Analysis Center, the heavy metals content of Noelson pigment meets the EN71(1994)-3 specification, Noelson Transparent Iron Oxide pigments have been approved as high quality and environment-friendly materials.

To fully disperse the pigment, choosing proper dispersants and solvent is the first step. A high level of shear and energy equipment is also required.

For relatively low viscosity system, a bead mill containing glass, steel or zirconia media is preferred, whereas, for relatively high viscosity formulations (e.g. pastes or highly pigment concentrates), two or three roll mills are necessary.
